Ian MacKenzie is currently a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Center for Economic Research, ETH Zürich. From September 2012, he will become a Lecturer  (Assistant Professor) at the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia.

His research interests include environmental economics, applied microeconomics (contest theory), public economics, law and economics, and political economy.
